We are happy to welcome you to our basic course in Foot Reflexology ! \nThis is an intensive course , covering all the aspects of Base Foot Reflexology.\u00a0\u00a0When completing this training course , you can give a complete relaxing and nurturing treatment in a professional way. During this course you\u2019ll learn also a lot about your own health , your own lifestyle , and how to improve your sense of well-being.<\/p>\n
You can also opt for the professional program and go for the exam.<\/p>\n
– follow the complete training course \n– establish minimum 25 treatment reports \n– follow the practical of 3 hours \n– pass the theoretical and practical exam<\/p>\n
When you succeed , you receive the O-KI certificate.<\/p>\n
Content of the Training Course :<\/p>\n

Observation and discovery of your feet.<\/li>\n
Brief history, the general techniques , the possible reactions , the \u00a0indications and the contra-indications.<\/li>\n
Learning the different\u00a0 phases of relaxation.<\/li>\n
Learning the basic techniques and the introduction movements.<\/li>\n
The geography of the feet , the\u00a0projection of the human body in the feet , the vertical zones of Fitzgerald , the basic anatomy of the feet , situating the different bones to help you as reference to situate the zones.<\/li>\n
Learning , understanding and sensing the different Reflexology zones of the feet.<\/li>\n
The complete basic relaxation foot massage.<\/li>\n
Basic energetic hygiene.<\/li>\n
The way to close a treatment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

This course offers you in a professional way all the requirements you need to give a beautiful and complete basic Relaxing Foot Reflexology treatment.<\/p>\n
You\u2019ll also learn to be focused, and\u00a0 completely involved and attentive. \nLearning how to listen what the feet are asking , what they need. \nApproaching the patient in a positive and constructive way \nAnd eventually understanding how everything in the body and mind is interlinked.<\/p>\n
