\nThis action is the very essence of our path in evolution.
\nThis is done in stages: the first phase consists of relaxation, offering a feeling of security. This can be followed by acceptance of the present moment (the mind calms down). It opens to the acceptance of emotions which allows their harmonious integration. If that goes smoothly we can then start working on the bodycells.
\nEach of these phases is of great value and must be respected in its duration: each one his\/her way. Thus, the authenticity of the soul is better and better reflected in our life.
